If you're fearful of a thunderstorm as an adult, you have lots of company. This irrational fear was instilled in you by a childhood experience, during which you were very fearful. Maybe it was a storm or watchin some other person (mother) being afraid. Or maybe lightening struck a tree by your house.

Perhaps you can remember it, and realize how silly it is to be reacting the way you do. But maybe that's not enough or you don't know how you got the fear. The therapy is simple--takes but a few seconds. You have what is called a "conditioned response" in psych 101. All that needs to be done is to extinguish the conditioned response. Easy.

I invite you to hear my voice message because that's what works. When you are ready to listen, imagine a thunderstorm to such an extent you can feel the fear. That's when I want you to hear my voice, because emotions come out of the subconscious and I'll be talking to your subconscious. No trance, just be normal (not meditating or watching TV), be relaxed, freely salivating when you listen.

The voice message will say essentially that when I sound the buzzer and say disconnect, it will disconnect completely at all levels of your mind, the cause or causes of the fear you're feeling now. Then the buzzer.

I know it sounds ridiculous to you, but do you think I would be wasting my time writing and posting this if it wouldn't work for the majority of people who follow my instructions. And the price is right! Free.

You don't have to wait for a thunderstorm to test it. Just imagine you're in one and see how you feel before and after my message. And if all the fear isn't gone the first time you can play the message again.
